The VEVE is thoughtful, contemporary design with features and amenities accented by undulating landscapes, lush trails, and a fervent focus on resident health. Located on 25 acres in the rolling hills of Clermont, the project offers 328 units with a  4,200 square-foot pool and lounging areas exuding sophisticated, modern style. A large 10,000 square-foot club room and game room with outdoor patio, overlooks the amenity pool and decks. Large soccer field that functions as a multi-purpose green space amenity also serves as dry retention ponds. Shaded hammock beaches and dog park add quality and function to this project.

FCA provided all site design, hardscape, landscape, aesthetic grading, accent lighting, design of pool and amenity areas.
