This project is located on the prominent corner of Colonial Drive and Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando. With a four story elevation, it offers 326 residential units with a 520 car structured parking garage. The project is built around two interior courtyards. The first courtyard is an arrival space which enters under the building; half of this space is brick paved surface parking, and the other half is separated by a linear water feature and gardens for the tenants. The second courtyard contains a two level deck and pool, a fire bowl gathering area, a trellised artificial turf seating area, and two outdoor grills.
